Ryanair's marketing page says the group service is for more than 15 passengers. It names hens and stags, along with sports trips, school getaways, and ski trips.[3] The terms set the minimum at 15, up to 189 or 197 passengers depending on the aircraft. A quote is valid for 5 days, subject to fare, seat, and flight availability. Payment is 100 percent at the time of booking. All names must be submitted 7 days before the outbound departure. Name changes, once names are submitted or within 7 days of outbound, are €50 or £50 per person per sector. Bookings made through the groups department cannot be resold online.[4]
A spare seat is not a plan if the terms forbid resale.[4]
easyJet's help page is the other floor. Up to 40 people can book on the website if every name is in at booking and one card pays in full.[5] The group scheme reserves from 10 up to 99 seats without every name at the start. The fee amount is not on that page. You pay in full on one card. Name changes are free up to 5 days before travel. Names are due no later than 5 days before departure. Inside those 5 days, fees apply. Unused flights are non-refundable.[5]
easyJet's other page conflicts with that. The title says 15 or more. The body says 10 adults and more, and multiple cards. The help page says one card. The body says group bookings are not discounted.[6] The quote must say which rule applies.
Say 12 if you have 12. Do not write "about 15" to fit a form.
What a dropout costs
On Ryanair's terms, a name change once names are in, or within 7 days of outbound, is €50 or £50 per person per sector.[4] Ask how many sectors the trip has before you promise a free swap. On easyJet's scheme, changes are free up to 5 days before travel. Inside 5 days, fees apply. The amount is not on the page.[5]
Ryanair's quote is valid for 5 days, subject to seats still being there.[4] A number from 16 October 2026 is not a hold on 30 October. Payment on both pages is in full at booking.[4][5] Group flight deposits and payment schedule.
One payer is not one invoice
One invoice is a line on the quote. If each person pays the airline, you have a link. One invoice for group travel. The payee should be Pelican Travel s.r.o., Bratislava.[1] Sunday home is not Monday home. Group flights with different return dates. Adding a person is not a name change. Add passengers to a group booking.
What to send before you judge the price
- Origin city, destination city, and both dates for each subgroup
- Headcount. Write 12 or 18. Do not write "about 15."
- How many names are unknown, who pays, and who the invoice names
- That the name-change fee is on the first quote

What the parent company record is, and is not
Pelikan has sold flights since 2004.[2] On 14 October 2026 its Google profiles showed 5,048 reviews at 4.6 out of 5 across Pelikan.sk, Pelikan.cz and Pelikan.hu.[2] Those reviews are mostly individual tickets and holidays. The quote does, if it says what the payment buys.

Not on every page we opened. Ryanair's group terms set the floor at 15.[4] easyJet's help page describes a scheme from 10 seats, and a website path up to 40 if every name is known.[5] Say the real number. Do not round it up to fit a form.

Can we sell a spare seat to someone who joins late?
Not if the terms forbid it. Ryanair says bookings made through the groups department cannot be resold online.[4] Ask before you offer a spare seat in the chat.
Can some people fly home on Monday?
Yes, if you say so before you pay. Different return dates are not one group fare. Group flights with different return dates.
