What this trip actually is
It is one week, one airport pair, and a list that is not closed. A teacher is waiting on consent. A club is waiting on two people who might drive. Someone needs a Monday return. The skis are a bag problem, not a slogan. Put the real date on the form. Do not plan against "ski season."

The airline pages we could open
On 16 October 2026 Ryanair's group page said the service is for more than 15 passengers, and it named ski trips.[3] The terms set the floor at 15. A quote is valid for 5 days, subject to availability. Payment is 100 percent at booking. Names are due 7 days before outbound. For minors aged 2 to 15, it requires 1 adult aged 18 or over per 24 minors.[4] A school group of 12 is below that floor.
easyJet's help page is different. Up to 40 people can book on the website, with every name at booking, full payment on one card, and one adult per ten children.[5] The group scheme reserves 10 to 99 seats without every name at the start. The fee is not on the page. You still pay in full on one card. Names and advance passenger information are due 5 days before departure. Sports equipment can be added. No ski-bag price is printed.[5]
easyJet's other group page does not match that. The title says 15 or more. The body says 10 adults and more, multiple cards, and that group bookings are not discounted.[6] Ask the quote which rule applies. British Airways, flydubai, and Wizz Air did not return a readable group rule that day.
A date you can count
Saturday 6 February 2027 is 113 days after 16 October 2026. If that Saturday is the outbound, Ryanair's terms want every name in by Saturday 30 January 2027. That is 7 days before departure.[4] easyJet's help page wants names and advance passenger information by Monday 1 February 2027. That is 5 days before departure.[5] Those clocks are not a hold. Ryanair's quote is valid for 5 days, subject to seats still being there.[4]
Children, kit, and the invoice
If children are on the booking, the adult ratio is part of the fare. easyJet's website path asks for one adult per ten children.[5] Ryanair's group terms ask for one adult aged 18 or over per 24 minors aged 2 to 15.[4] Do not blend the two ratios on a parent letter. A club of adults may not hit the minor rule. The name deadline still applies.

One invoice is a line on the quote. If parents book their own seats, you have a link. One invoice for group travel. The payee should be Pelican Travel s.r.o., Bratislava.[1] Sunday home is not Monday home. Group flights with different return dates.
What to send before you judge the price
- Origin city, and any second origin
- Destination airport, outbound date, and return date for each subgroup
- Headcount, how many are under 16, and how many names are unknown
- Who pays, and who the invoice is addressed to
- Ski bags: yes or no, and that the fee is on the first price

Pelikan has sold flights since 2004.[2] On 14 October 2026 its Google profiles showed 5,048 reviews at 4.6 out of 5 across Pelikan.sk, Pelikan.cz and Pelikan.hu.[2] Those reviews are mostly individual tickets and holidays. They are not a score for school ski trips. A weak Brno listing stays on the record: Is Easy Group Flights reliable?. The site states that it is IATA accredited.[1] That line does not hold seats. The quote does, if it says what the payment buys.
