Work retreats · 10–500+ passengers

Get the whole team there, on one invoice.

Group fares are negotiated with the airline, not sold online — so the budget is fixed before sign-off, the team travels together, and names follow once the attendee list settles.

  • One invoice
  • Names later
  • Flexible rebooking
  • Dedicated agent

An offsite shouldn't arrive as forty expense claims.

The budget gets approved months before the attendee list is final — and a public fare waits for neither.

  • Budget before attendees

Finance wants a number long before anyone knows exactly who is going.

  • Forty expense claims

Letting everyone book their own is the fastest route to forty different fares and forty receipts to reconcile.

  • The team arrives in pieces

Separate bookings mean separate flights, separate delays and a kickoff that starts without half the room.

  • Plans shift

People join, drop out and change dates. Individual tickets charge you for every one of those.

Company travel FAQ

What organisers and finance ask.

Can we be invoiced instead of paying by card?
Yes. The group goes onto a single invoice with one itinerary, which is usually what finance needs in order to approve it.
Can we book before the attendee list is final?
Yes — that is the point of a group fare. Seats and price are held for the whole group and names are added later.
What if someone drops out?
Name changes on group bookings are usually free, so a colleague can take the seat. The exact terms come from the airline's group contract and are stated in your offer.
Can people fly from different offices?
Yes. We regularly coordinate groups joining from several cities and make sure everyone lands together.
What do we get for reporting?
One itinerary and one invoice for the whole group, rather than dozens of individual bookings to chase and reconcile.
When do we actually have to pay?
A deposit confirms the booking and holds the price; the balance falls due closer to departure. The schedule is set out in your offer, so finance can plan against it before signing anything off.
