Buying tickets is always without problems. Last year Fiji — the flights changed several times, everything was handled willingly, and the lady accommodated me and recombined them per my wish. This year French Polynesia — all ok.

Without question everything on the trip to Croatia and back was fine. A small problem with online check-in, my own fault — they solved it with one email, immediately. Btw. the dog did not travel, he is local — we run a dog hotel and dog training on the island of Ugljan, so I “have to” fly rather often 😊 I recommend EasyGroupFlights.

I was very satisfied with the help with everything around the tickets — willingness, and prompt fixing of a wrong date of birth at check-in. We enjoyed the trip, it was great — apart from the weather, but that is not your fault 😉…

We travelled to Mallorca. At EasyGroupFlights’s customer service we received very kind and comprehensive information. When our outbound plane departed with a 4-hour delay and we wanted a certificate from Ryanair about the delay (unsuccessfully), EasyGroupFlights helped with that too. After this I will buy my plane tickets only at EasyGroupFlights!

A very helpful lady who promptly helped me file the compensation claim for a flight cancelled by the airline.

So far we have travelled with them three times with my wife, and we were maximally satisfied with everything. There was one case when the hotel charged us more tourist tax than was shown on the EasyGroupFlights website — and they refunded the difference still during our stay (which was three days). A very reliable company, I recommend it to everyone!
