What this trip actually is
It is usually a meeting, an incentive, or a family list that grew. Some people fly from a second city. Some fly home Sunday. Some stay for a Monday meeting. The hotel is a different contract from the seats. Put the city pair and the dates on the form. Do not plan against "Dubai season."

The page we could open, and the pages we could not
On 16 October 2026 the Emirates group form loaded. Its description says: complete the form to make a booking for a group of 10 or more passengers travelling together.[3] That is the sentence we could read. The page load did not give us a deposit amount, a name deadline, or a payment clock we can quote. This article does not invent one.
Ask the quote for those three lines. If the reply does not name Emirates, do not paste the Emirates floor onto a different airline.
flydubai's group page and British Airways' group page did not return a readable policy on 16 October 2026. This article does not repeat their clocks.
Short-haul rules are not a Dubai rule. easyJet's help page, opened the same day, is about its own flights. It describes a website path up to 40 people, and a group scheme from 10 to 99 seats, with names due 5 days before departure.[4] Ryanair's group terms, also opened that day, start at 15 passengers and want names 7 days before outbound.[5] Those clocks answer a short-haul quote. They do not answer a Dubai quote unless the quote names that airline and that flight. Do not borrow a 5-day clock from a European low-cost page and stick it on a Gulf carrier.
A date you can count, and a deadline you cannot yet
Saturday 6 March 2027 is 141 days after 16 October 2026. That count is a planning line. It is not an airline rule.
If your outbound is that Saturday, you still do not have an Emirates name deadline from the page we opened. The form told us the group floor. It did not tell us the day names are due.[3] Put "name deadline: not yet stated" on the chase list until the quote fills it in.
A quote that expires is also not a hold. Ryanair's terms say a group quote is valid for 5 days and is subject to fare, seat, and flight availability.[5] That line is Ryanair's. If your Dubai reply has no validity date, ask for one before anyone treats the number as reserved.
One invoice, two cities, two return dates
One invoice is a line on the quote. If people book their own seats, you have a link. One invoice for group travel. The payee should be Pelican Travel s.r.o., Bratislava.[1] An agency still needs that legal name on the client paper. MICE and event agency group airfare.
A second origin is a different fare. Group flights from multiple cities. Sunday night is not Tuesday morning. Group flights with different return dates.
What to send before you judge the price
A quote without your facts is a guess. Send these.
- Each origin city
- Destination. Write the city. Do not assume the airport.
- Outbound date and return date for each subgroup
- Headcount now, and the maximum you might add
- How many names are still unknown
- Whether the company, the agency, or the travellers pay
- Who the invoice should be addressed to
- Whether bags must be in the first price
- The airline, if you already have one in mind. If you do not, say so.
