What a Group Flight Quote Must Include

Six lines every group flight quote for 10+ people must contain: company, route, headcount, one booking or many, exclusions, and what the deposit buys.

A group flight quote is not a price in a chat. It is a document you can compare. If it does not name the company, the route, the headcount, and whether the seats are one booking, you do not have a quote yet. You have a number.

Before you accept a group fare for 10 or more people, the reply should name the legal company, the cities and dates, the headcount covered, whether there is one booking reference or many, and what a deposit would buy. What the reply must contain

Six lines. Missing one means ask again. Do not fill the gap yourself.

Legal name. Pelican Travel s.r.o., Pribinova 17954/10, Bratislava, if this desk is quoting.[1] A brand on a slide is not the payee.
Route and dates. Origin city or cities, destination, outbound, return, and whether a day of flex was priced.
Headcount. How many seats this price covers, and the maximum it can grow to. "The group" is not a number.

What is not included. Taxes, baggage, seat selection, name changes. If the reply is silent, ask which of those can still move the price.

Red flags in the reply

Stop and ask, in writing, if you see any of these.

A fare with no company name.
"We will book them individually" with no second line on what happens if one seat disappears.
A deposit request in the same message as the first price, with no hold described.
Two fares that do not say which airline, which dates, or which headcount.
A promise that names can change, with no date on that promise.
