Before You Pay a Group Flight Deposit
Do not pay a group-flight deposit until the paper names the company, the hold, and who calls if the airline cancels.
Do not pay a group-flight deposit until a document names the company, the seats, and what happens if the airline cancels. A fare in a chat is not that document. Easy Group Flights is operated by Pelican Travel s.r.o., Pribinova 17954/10, Bratislava. The deposit paper should name that company, or you are paying someone else.[1]
Before you wire a deposit for 10 or more passengers, you should hold a document that names the legal company, the route, the headcount, the deposit amount, and who contacts you if the airline cancels. Easy Group Flights states its operator on the site: Pelican Travel s.r.o. in Bratislava. A WhatsApp fare with no company name is not a hold.[1]
This page is the check before money moves. The payment calendar itself is a different page: deposits and the payment schedule. Read that for timing. Read this for whether you should pay at all.

What must be on the paper
Seven lines. If one is missing, do not send the deposit.
- Legal name and address. Pelican Travel s.r.o., Pribinova 17954/10, Bratislava, if the contract is with Easy Group Flights.[1] A brand name alone is not enough. "Easy Group Flights" on a slide is not a company you can sue or call.
- The route and the dates. City, airport if it matters, outbound, return. "Europe in June" is not a hold.
- The headcount the hold covers. 18 now, or up to 24. Say which. A deposit for "the group" with no number is a deposit for an argument.
- The amount, the currency, and what it buys. A hold, a fare, or a service fee. Those are not the same thing.
- Whether names can still change, and until when. Do not assume they can. Ask. Get the answer on the same paper. The mechanics of name changes are here: flexible name changes.
- Who the invoice is addressed to. School, company, couple, or each guest. Finance will ask. The reason they ask is here: one invoice.
- Who contacts you if the airline cancels or moves the flight. A name, a phone, or a desk email. "Check the airline app" is not a group service. The public record on that question is here: Is Easy Group Flights reliable?
The site states that Easy Group Flights is IATA accredited.[1] That line is the site's own statement. It is not a reason to skip the seven lines above. Accreditation does not replace a written hold.
What a chat fare is
A price in WhatsApp, email, or a PDF with no company block is a quote. It is not a deposit instruction.
Pay only against the document in the list above. If the document and the chat disagree, the document wins, or you do not pay. If there is no document, there is nothing to win.
Public reviews of the operating company are ordinary tickets and holidays, not a score for group deposits. The record, including a weak Brno listing, is in Is Easy Group Flights reliable?. Use that page to see the company exists. Use this page to see whether this deposit is safe to send.
Red flags
Stop if you see any of these.
- The payee name is a person, or a company you have never been shown.
- The only proof of a hold is a screenshot of a retail search.
- You are asked to pay the full fare before you have seen a group locator or a written deadline for names.
- The seller cannot say what you receive back if the group shrinks below 10.
- Two documents name two different companies.
A specialist desk can still be the wrong product. Fewer than 10 people, with a normal fare available for all of them today, do not need this contract. Say that in the quote. How the booking is put together is in How to book group flights.
What to send us before we ask for a deposit
We should not ask you for money on a blank route. You should not offer it.
Send origin, destination, dates, headcount now, maximum headcount, how many names are still unknown, and who the invoice is for. Quote form: https://easygroupflights.com/#quote
If the reply does not cover the seven lines, reply with the missing line. Do not fill the gap yourself and pay.
FAQ
Is a deposit the same as buying the tickets?
No. A deposit is often what holds the seats while names and the balance are still open. The ticket issue date should be on the schedule. If the paper does not say what the deposit buys, ask before you pay. The schedule page is here.
Can I pay a deposit to "Easy Group Flights" with no company name?
You can. You should not. The operator on the site is Pelican Travel s.r.o. in Bratislava.[1] That name should be on the deposit document.
Does IATA accreditation mean the deposit is safe?
No. The site states it is IATA accredited.[1] That is not a substitute for a written hold, a named payee, and a cancellation contact. Check those on the paper in front of you.
What if the group might shrink?
The paper should say what happens below the number you deposited for. If it is silent, the deposit is not described. Do not send it until that sentence exists.
Who should I call if the paper and the chat do not match?
Do not pay. Write back and ask which document is the contract. Start from the quote form if you do not yet have a file: https://easygroupflights.com/#quote
