Sports teams / 10–500+ passengers
Squad, staff and kit — on one booking.
Group fares are negotiated with the airline, not sold online — so seats are held together, names go in once the squad is picked, and the equipment is agreed before you travel.
- Equipment allowances
- Late squad changes
- Seats together
- Dedicated agent
A squad list is never final until it is.
Fixtures move, players get injured, and the kit has to travel with them. A public fare assumes none of that.
- The squad changes late
- Injuries and selections land days before departure. A public ticket treats a new name as a new booking.
- Kit is not hand luggage
- Bags, boards, bikes and medical equipment belong in the contract, not discovered at the check-in desk.
- Fixtures get rearranged
- A moved tie means rebooking twenty-five people at once, usually at very short notice.
- Supporters travel too
- Fans, families and staff often want the same aircraft without sitting inside the team block.
ONE FIXTURE. ONE BOOKING.

Kick-off moved by nearly five hours. Every flight below moved with it, in one call — and the kit, the squad list and the contract did not move at all.

ILLUSTRATIVE. THE FIXTURE MOVED; THE PLAN DID NOT.

How it works
From the fixture to the final whistle.
WHEN THE TIE IS DRAWN
Send us the fixture and the party
Dates, destination and roughly how many players, staff and supporters. The squad list is not needed yet.
WHILE THE SQUAD IS PICKED
Seats, kit and price are held
Equipment allowance is agreed with the airline up front and the fare is locked for the whole party, so late call-ups cost what everyone else paid.
IF THE FIXTURE MOVES
One call re-times the whole party
Your agent moves the group booking. Nobody rebooks twenty-nine individual tickets, and the kit contract is untouched.

Team travel FAQ
What team managers ask.
- Can we change player names after booking?
- Yes, and it is the main reason clubs use group fares. Names go in later and changes are usually free, so a late call-up simply takes the injured player's seat.
- How is sports equipment handled?
- Equipment is agreed with the airline as part of the group contract rather than paid for at the airport. Tell us what travels — bags, boards, bikes, medical kit — and it goes into the quote.
- Can supporters be on the same flight as the squad?
- Yes. We regularly book the team, the staff and a supporters' block onto the same aircraft, seated apart from each other.
- What happens if the fixture is rearranged?
- Your agent moves the whole group at once instead of twenty-five separate tickets. What that costs comes from the airline's group contract and is set out in your offer.
- Can the club be invoiced?
- Yes. Clubs and federations receive one invoice for the group rather than a pile of individual receipts.
- Can the squad fly home straight after the match?
- Often yes. A late departure and a next-morning return are both bookable within the same group fare, so the travel is built around kick-off rather than the other way round.
