A party of 12 is inside the easyJet scheme we read, and below the Ryanair floor we read. Say the real number. Do not round it up to fit a form.

Booking groups is not ten checkouts
Ten people hitting "buy" is not a group booking. The price moves while person eight is still in the form. The names live in a spreadsheet. Finance gets ten receipts.
One file is the other product. It fails too, when the airline wants every name now and full payment now, and your list is not ready. Then the honest move is to wait, or to buy public tickets for the people whose names are closed.

What the quote has to name
Before you pay, the quote should name the payer, the headcount, the dates, the cities, and the day names are due. It should say whether payment is in full, because the two airline pages we opened both require full payment at booking.[1][3] A cash pot in a chat is not that rule.
If you need a deposit schedule, it has to be on the quote. Do not assume the homepage slogan applies to the airline on the ticket.
