How this scores on Study #2
Most school trips of 10+ tick GROUP on roster lag, seat-together, invoice/AP, date firmness (term/holiday), and name-later mechanics. DIY pupil-by-pupil tickets usually fail that matrix. Mixed scores still mean quote both — do not invent a savings percent to break the tie (Study #2).

- The name deadline on your file — it belongs on the quote.
FAQ
Is 12 months when we should book? No. Twelve months is sometimes inside a 331-day open window (Europe-class) and early relative to EGF’s 2–6 month working band. Start when the trip is approved. Peak summer/ski/Christmas: earlier than a quiet midweek city break.
Do we wait for consent forms? No. That is how peak inventory disappears (Study #2). Hold first; names before the airline deadline.
Do national UK term dates exist? GOV.UK says they vary; England and Wales → local council. Scotland and Northern Ireland are separate.
Can the school be invoiced? EGF school page: yes — one invoice for the group rather than dozens of card receipts.
Will you publish a school savings %? Only from real quote logs or a transparent fare method. Not from invented averages.
