Why a "best agencies" list fails
A list fails when it mixes a holiday package with a group fare, when the score has no read date, or when it will not name who you pay. A star average on retail tickets is not a group-contract rank. A tour operator is a fifth path. It sells a package. Flights may be inside the package, or they may not. Do not treat a package brochure as a group-fare quote. This site does not link a tour-operator page, because that page is not a live money URL yet.
What each path is for
An airline group desk fits when you want one carrier and you will follow that carrier's name deadline. You will not see a second airline in the same reply.
An airline website fits when every name is already known and the site allows your size. It does not hold unnamed seats. The easyJet lines below are one airline, not a Europe-wide rule.
Separate retail tickets fit four friends. They fail a school, a wedding, or a company that must arrive together. Person 8 books late. The fare has moved. Finance has a pile of receipts.
A specialist group desk should return a document, not a chat price. The document names the company, the route, the headcount, and whether there is one booking reference. easyJet did load. Two pages, read on 14 October 2026, say this.
A group booking needs a minimum of 10 passengers on at least one flight.[4] The same page says website bookings of up to 40 passengers can be made on easyJet.com.[4]
The help page is plainer. Up to 40 people can book on the normal website. You enter every name when you book. You pay in full on one card. If the group includes children, the page asks for one adult per ten children.[5]
The group scheme is the other route. You can reserve from 10 up to 99 seats for a small per person fee, without every name at the start. The page does not print the fee. You pay in full when you book. Names and advance passenger information are due no later than 5 days before departure. The page says names can be changed for free up to 5 days before travel.[5]
"Group" does not mean "cheaper", and it does not mean "names later" on every path. A specialist should say which product it is quoting. The check is here: What a group flight quote must include.
What "large" means, and what it does not
Scale answers one question. If a ticket breaks, is there a company behind the brand?
Pelikan has sold flights since 2004. Testado.sk says the portal was founded that year, that flights were the only product then, that the team was 5 people after the first year, and that it is about 200 people now.[3] That staff line is Testado's figure. We did not audit it this week.
On 14 October 2026 the Google profiles for Pelikan.sk, Pelikan.cz and Pelikan.hu showed 3,419, 1,205 and 424 reviews. Each profile was 4.6 out of 5. A large parent does not make a bad quote good. Use scale for "does this company exist?" Use the quote for "is this the product I asked for?"
